Wassup! Today – Virtualpunk is a unique game that takes MMORPG (Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) to a whole new level. Virtualpunk is GPS based therefore is best played outdoors. Just like other RPG’s you must collect treasure, armor, weapons and fight your way through each level. The graphics are great for a mobile game and certainly well thought out. If you have ever played a RPG game and enjoy them, you have to try Virtualpunk. For those that have never played a RPG but would like try something very unique while enjoying the outdoors have to give Virtualpunk a try. One word of warning, on lookers may think you are a little odd walking around in circles.

True 3D on Your iPhone or iMac Without 3D Glasses

Wassup! Today – A new product from Wazabee will allow you to see a 3D image or play some 3D games on your iPhone without the funky traditional red and blue lens glasses. A skin is applied over the LCD screen and the 3D compatible image or game will project in true 3D. Check out the video below.

Wassup! Today – It is great to see another game that allows wireless multi-player interaction. iPingpong 3D looks like a really fun time killer. The game operates at 50 frames per second allowing for very smooth interaction.

Review: Bounce On for iPhone From Team Phobic

I have to say that I was a bit skeptical about a game where you play a rubber ball. Even watching a pre-release video I wasn’t sure that Bounce On would really do anything different for me than any other mobile platform games had. Now that I’ve had the pleasure of playing the game, I can honestly say that this is one of those experiences that you don’t understand until you’ve tried it. Most of the platforming concepts might be derivative, but the Box2D physics engine gives Bounce On that extra kick to make it a fun, challenging and addictive game.

The basic premise is that you are a rubber ball that has fallen out of your owner’s pocket, and you need to find your way home. Of course, such a journey could never be easy, and as luck would have it your path is littered with killer caterpillars, blue faces on springs, and white balls with sneakers that turn into mean looking red balls when you bounce on them. You also have your typical platform jumping exercises. So far there’s nothing out of the ordinary here. Thankfully, though Team Phobic took advantage of the fact that the protagonist was a ball and added some physics into the mix.
